Emergency Cover for Landlords for only £6.50 per month
Our Landlords Emergency Cover is available as an extension to our Landlords insurance policy. The cover helps to arrange, and meet the costs of, emergency assistance and repairs to many services within the property.

Landlords Emergency Cover
This optional cover has a fixed cost of £6.50 per month (including IPT).
You will have access to a 24-hour helpline where experienced advisors can arrange for an approved contractor to visit the home.
The policy will pay emergency costs up to £1,000 for claims reported during the period of insurance for the following:
- Main heating system
- Plumbing and drainage
- Property security
- Toilet unit
- Domestic power supply
- Lost keys
- Vermin infestation
- Alternative accommodation costs
