These consumer-focused developments were recognised in 2015 when 3XD was granted the Customer Service Excellence® Award. This prestigious accolade is in acknowledgement of outstanding customer service delivery and has been retained every year since.

The Customer Service Excellence® Award is in recognition of the outstanding customer service delivered by 3XD to its policyholders, intermediaries and underwriters.

The assessment involved interviews with service users and this certificate is only granted to organisations that can demonstrate at least 80% compliance with the standards required.
